ASUS ZenWiFi Whole-Home New Tri-Band Mesh WiFi 6E System (ET8 2PK);
Level Up Your Mesh with an ASUS ZenWiFi
With Asus ZenWiFi ET8 Wireless AX Router, you're always getting the latest WiFi standards and the most advanced networking technology. Asus ZenWiFi ET8 features WiFi 6E, an expanded version of WiFi 6, which adds a new 6 GHz band, improving connectivity and reducing latency.
With the increasing number of home devices, the 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz bands are becoming more crowded. In the new 6 GHz band, WiFi 6E devices are the only ones allowed, so legacy devices won't interfere. It's therefore perfect for backhaul connections.
ZenWiFi ET8 offers flexible backhaul options with 6GHz and 5GHz wireless connections, as well as Ethernet. Depending on the quality of the connection, the router intelligently chooses the most reliable method for you. Alternatively, you can select the backhaul connection manually.
To meet the growing needs of devices at home, WiFi 6E provides an additional seven 160 MHz channels. WiFi 6E devices don't require DFS on the 6 GHz band, so they can enjoy immediate zero-wait connectivity. You can also use ZenWiFi ET8 with all your existing WiFi devices right away because it's fully compatible.
ZenWiFi ET8 offers a total bandwidth of up to 6600 Mbps, making it 2.2X faster than tri-band AC3000 (WiFi 5) routers.
ZenWifi ET8 system consists of two ASUS AXE6600 WiFi 6E routers. These routers will allow you to create superfast, reliable, and secure WiFi connections inside and outside your home.
ZenWiFi ET8 and ASUS Instant Guard work together to provide rock-solid VPN security to any public WiFi connection you use. Using it helps protect sensitive information such as credit card details, business data, emails, etc.
A unique feature of ZenWiFi is the ability to rename both your WiFi networks and frequency bands separately. It's up to you!
