Returns and Replacements

How to Return or Exchange Products at iPCstore?

RMA Request

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request RMA number, please click on the button below. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.

Print & Ship

Place the original package into a shipping carton.
DO NOT use the original manufacturer's box as the shipping box.
Attach the shipping label to the shipping carton with the RMA number that was received.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
Please pack the product the same way it has been received. Products must be shipped back in the original packaging, with all the accessories and instruction manuals accompanying the product in the same state as when it has been originally received.
Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Inspect

The product will be inspected upon receipt and in about 3-5 business days your refund will be applied accordingly.

Refund

Please note that a restocking fee may also be applied to your refund between 5 to 50% depending on the product's condition on receipt back.

Rules and Conditionals

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you aren't completely satisfied, we will gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for free. Exclusions are listed below. Returns must be in original, saleable condition, with original tags. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

IPC Store reserves the right to require the Purchaser to return goods directly to the manufacturer or distribution warehouse located in the United States of America for replacement.

Items from the following categories may not be returned once opened:
  • Any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack"
  • Ink cartridges
  • Paper
  • Bulbs and flash tubes
  • Batteries
  • Software
  • Memory cards
  • Film
  • DVDs and video tapes
  • TVs, combos and monitors 37" and larger
Other items which may not be returned in any condition:
  • Refurbished items, Discontinued items, Special Order items
  • Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns.
  • Items not purchased from us.
  • Batteries, Battery Backups, Power Protection.
  • Printers once the toner, ink or ribbon cartridges have been installed
  • All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped.
Open box:
  • Only products that have been damaged or are defective can be returned by customers. For reasons of "no longer needed", customers will not be able to return their products. All open-box products are examined and tested before being listed in our store.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a refund. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

The customer is able to exchange the item or receive a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Please read all the conditions in Rules and conditionals section. If conditions are not met, IPC Store reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

IPC Store will arrange for return shipping on any items shipped incorrectly, defective, or damaged and will pay necessary expenses. You are responsible for return shipping under any other circumstances.

IPC Store is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes and other freight charges due to shipping.
