The Safe-IT™ hospital-grade IEC power cord is a secure option for medical facilities
It is specifically designed for various hospital equipment, such as computers, mobile carts, printers, scanners, and monitors.
The cord has a three-pin C14 inlet and a C13 end for device connection. It also features a NEMA 5-15P-HG plug that connects to a hospital-grade AC power source located outside patient care areas. With a length of 10 feet (3 meters), this cord provides flexibility in equipment placement relative to the power outlet.
In addition, the connectors and PVC jacket of the cord are made with an antibacterial material. This material effectively prevents the growth of bacteria such as Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (staph).
Given this added protection, the cord is particularly suitable for medical environments like hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and any other location that requires additional protection against bacteria.
